1. Website Transformation
We redesigned HIIT Pilates Studio’s website on Squarespace with every detail tailored to their brand. From the website copy to coordinating photoshoots and videography, we focused on building a seamless, user-friendly experience. We also supported the transition to a new booking platform, making class reservations easy for the growing client base.
2. Social Media Evolution
HIIT Pilates’ social presence has taken on a new life, showcasing everything from teacher tips to training sequences. With strategies aimed at engagement and reach, their following has grown by 932.2%. With reels reaching over 1.1 million views, turning social media into a vibrant part of their brand.
3. Targeted On Ad Campaigns & Sold-Out Events
Through strategic Meta ads, we geo-targeted each studio launch to maximise attendance, reaching 80% capacity within two months for the latest location. Our efforts also extended to Google Ads, driving attention to HIIT Pilates’ teacher training and events, including their sold-out retreat in the Hunter Valley.
4. From First Intake to Online Academy
We started by running Meta campaigns to support the first intake of HIIT Academy’s in-studio course, driving strong initial demand and proving there was something here. From there, it was obvious there was more in it. We took the Academy online, filming 110+ videos and reshaping the manual into a structured, easy-to-follow digital experience. With ongoing support through Meta campaigns, the course has since welcomed over 120 graduates and become a scalable part of the business.
