The Meet & Greet
Let’s chat, shall we? If you’re local to Sydney, we’ll meet at your favourite café. Can’t make it in person? No stress, we just want to see your face, so we’ll jump on a Google Meet. We’ll dive into your brand, your goals, and see if we’re the right fit for you. If we vibe, we hit go on The Brand Starter.
The Good Stuff

Looks like we’re onto something! After our chat, you’ll receive your proposal outlining the inclusions and timeline, our work agreement (it’s a partnership after all!), plus a questionnaire. This is where we gather all the details we need so we can hit go on your Brand Starter.
The Green Light

You’ve reviewed the plan, and it feels right! Fill in the questionnaire with as much detail as you can. The more you put in, the more we have to work with! Next, you sign your agreement, and once your 50% deposit is paid, we lock in your start date. From here, it’s official, we are go!

On the Same Page
This is the fun part! From your questionnaire and our discussion, we create your creative direction for approval. This includes ideation, moodboards, colour and type direction, and the overall creative vision for your brand identity, the vibe, the muse, the tone. This step makes sure we’re completely aligned before we jump in. Once approved and we know we’re on the same page! We move straight into designing your first concept.
The Brand Moment

✔️ First concept is complete! We’ll jump on a Google Meet and walk you through it. This is the first real look at your brand coming to life. From your logo concept, colourstory and typography mix, all built from the approved creative direction. Then it gets delivered to your inbox for you to take it in. You’ll have two rounds of feedback included so we can refine, adjust and polish until it feels just right!

Deliver The Goods
Now for our final step! Everything has been refined, approved, and signed off👏🏽 Your final invoice is sent, and once payment is complete, we package everything up and deliver your full brand suite via Dropbox, including your brand style guide, within three days.
All your assets are ready to use, beautifully organised and built to support your next move. Your brand is officially ready to be out in the world. Now go show it off!
